For over 25 years, I have guided individuals, couples and families looking for solutions to challenging life issues. I use a holistic systems approach. My areas of expertise include relationship issues, addictions, women’s issues and divorce and parenting issues. In addition to counseling, I provide Divorce and Custody Mediation, Parent Coordination and act as Divorce Coach and Child Specialist in Collaborative Law cases. I speak nationally on relationships and divorce and custody issues. I also train Mental Health Professionals in the Collaborative Process.

John Caroli, CFP®, CDFA®

John specializes in portfolio management and financial planning services for the clients of BCS. He began his professional career as a staff engineer at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, after which he worked as an environmental engineer. His first foray into the world of finance came with Robert R. Meredith & Co, where he was a municipal bond trader. John received a B.A. in Environmental Engineering from the University of Rhode Island and an M.S. in Civil Engineering from Tufts University. He also holds the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation, rounding out his education.

John P. Cito earned the Certified Divorce Financial Analyst designation March of 2004 and is the founder of Cito Capital Advisors, LLC, a New Jersey State Registered Investment Advisor. No one gets married with the expectation of failure, however, it happens for a myriad of reasons. John’s philosophy is while going through a divorce is hard, a person needs guidance and help. Helpers that can guide a person through the financial and emotional issues that are part of every divorce.
