Linda Piff will be testifying on behalf of New Jersey Council of Collaborative Practice Groups before the Senate Budget & Appropriations Committee on behalf of the New Jersey Family Collaborative Law Act. The Bill has already been released by the Senate Judiciary Committee. Hopefully, New Jersey will become the 11th State to pass the Collaborative Law Act.
Collaborative Law cases are more expeditious, less expensive way of handling divorce. The collaborative law process empowers parties to be active participants in controlling the process and shaping their futures and that of their children.
Collaborative law is a powerful idea whose time has come.
