Plaintiff: A person who files a Complaint
Defendant: A person who responds to the Complaint
Docket: The number assigned to your case
FM: Case in which the parties who are married and are seeking to divorce and are seeking to address custody, parenting time, support and equitable distribution
FD: Cases in which the seeking to address child-related issues including paternity, custody, parenting time, support and medical coverage
FV: Cases in which the parties are seeking a domestic violence restraining Order.
